Opening
With continuing support from volunteers, the Heritage Chapel is now open to visitors on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day) from 10.00am to 4.30pm. It may also be opened at other times by appointment.
Although there is no longer a regular worshipping congregation, occasional services are held in the chapel. These will be advertised.
The chapel is still licensed for weddings. Please contact Rev Colin Sherwood <[email protected]> to discuss wedding arrangements.
Funeral services may also be held at the Chapel. Arrangements will be made through your funeral director.

If arriving by car, please park in designated public car parks in the village. We encourage car sharing, public transport, walking or cycling wherever possible to minimise disruption for our neighbours.
Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the Chapel, and currently the access paths are steep and uneven.
Please take great care when walking within the chapel grounds. There are many uneven and slippery surfaces. Use the handrails when approaching the chapel from Northgate and when using the steps.
